The Sales team, the Service team and the Management team are all exceptional. Dan Keane was our sales representative and he was tremendous guiding us through the process and made sure that we really understood all the wonderful aspects to the Defender we purchased , Frank DeCraine, the General Manager made sure that we were happy before we left and then from prior and recent experience, we have received tremendous support and service from Danny Harden on the Service team. We had an excellent experience working with Dan Keane and Frank De Craine. They were incredibly kind, patient, and considerate throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured, which made buying a car much less stressful. Outstanding Integrity and Transparent Service I have visited the Land Rover Princeton service department three times now for my 2020 Range Rover Sport Autobiography, and the experience has been absolutely top-tier every single time. My first visit was for a standard oil change and battery replacement, which the team handled quickly and professionally. My second trip was to address a check engine light; they accurately diagnosed the issue, replaced the thermostat However, my third visit is what truly sets this dealership apart from the rest. I brought the vehicle in for a four-wheel alignment after having some new tires mounted. The service advisor brought out the measurement printout, walked me through the numbers, and explained that the geometry was actually just a hair off and still mostly well within factory specifications. To my absolute surprise, they did not charge me a single cent for the alignment! It is remarkably rare to find a service department with this level of honesty. They easily could have charged me the standard $269 alignment fee, but they chose integrity instead. If you are looking for a Land Rover service center that respects its customers and delivers flawl
